Open a rider's card and tap Edit, then either "Take photo" to use the camera or "Choose photo" to pick one from your library through the system picker. The app only ever sees the single photo you choose.
By default each changeover is timed with two taps — "Rider in" when the incoming rider crosses the line and "Next away" when the next rider sets off — so the swap itself gets its own split. You can switch to single-tap splits instead in Settings.
Yes. Every race, including its description and the kit it needs, can be renamed, rewritten or removed on the Races tab, and you can add new races of your own.
Open a competition's programme, choose a race, and tap the share icon on the line-up card. It opens the standard iOS share sheet so you can send it to a group chat or save it as an image.
Open Settings (the gear icon on any tab) and use "Erase everything" near the bottom. This clears the sample team and every run you've recorded, and cannot be undone.
